"After scouring the shelves of local markets and not finding any cookies to her liking, Mirella took matters into her own hands. She started making and selling her own biscotti. SOFT Biscotti, like the kind she used to find in Italy, where the cookies range from
tender to crisp, but never rock-hard.
Her objective is to provide a high quality product, handmade from
scratch and keeping the ingredients simple and most of all fresh with
